Fatal Shooting in Taxi: Details from SAPS According to Colonel Donald Mdhluli, the spokesperson for the South African Police Service (SAPS) in Mpumalanga, preliminary information suggests that the woman fell victim to a drive-by shooting from a white Isuzu Light Delivery Vehicle bakkie. The assailant targeted the victim’s upper body, causing fatal injuries.
