USA to start selling weapons to children as gunmaker reveals gun made for children

An AR-15-like weapon of destruction has been unveiled by an American gun manufaturer with intention to weaponise American children.
The JR-15 is 80 centimetres long and weighs about one kilogram. It was released in mid-January at the retail price of $389. It comes with five or 10 round magazines packed with 22 calibre bullets.
This comes as a surprise as just last year alone, more than 45 000 people were killed by firearms in the US. More than 1500 children are represented in that total.
It seems the violence is not enough for this gun seller who intends to put more guns into the hands of children which will definitely lead to the death of more people.
The gun dubbed the JR-15 is being marketed by maker WEE1 Tactical as “the first in a line of shooting platforms that will safely help adults introduce children to the shooting sports.”
The gun is modelled on a civilian version of a military-style weapon that has been used in several mass shootings, including at schools.
Notable shootings include Sandy Hook, where 20 children were killed at a Connecticut school in 2012 and the 2017 Las Vegas attack that left 58 people dead.
The company’s website says the rifle “also looks, feels, and operates just like Mom and Dad’s gun.”
Mass shootings are recurrent in the United States, where the right to own weapons is guaranteed by the Constitution.
