In a tragic incident, Suffolk Police have arrested two men and a woman on suspicion of murder after the lifeless body of a newborn baby was discovered outside a property on Norwich Road in Ipswich.
The authorities responded to reports of the distressing find at 12.35pm on Saturday, and despite immediate efforts by paramedics, the baby was pronounced dead at the scene.
