During a visit by the state Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, to the grief-stricken community, an elderly woman shared her distress, revealing that the slain monarch had urged community members to vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the last election.
She emphasized the community’s lack of peace, attributing it to the menace of herdsmen who have now extended their violence to targeting traditional rulers.
