…By Alan Peterson for TDPel Media. Last month, the sudden death of 16-year-old Odin Brown left his family and friends devastated.
In an effort to pay for Odin’s funeral, a GoFundMe page was created, with a goal of raising £1,000.
However, the page exceeded its target and raised over £2,000.
Mourners, including a cortege of motorcyclists, gathered in Llandudno to pay their respects to Odin.
The motorcyclists joined the procession, which began at Ann’s Kitchen in Mochdre, and made its way to St Paul’s Church in Craig-y-Don.
Odin’s mother had made a social media appeal for the biking community to escort her son on his “last ride,” and her request was met with an impressive response.
The outpouring of support from the community is evident in the success of the GoFundMe page and the large turnout at the funeral procession.
Donors left heartfelt messages expressing their sympathies to Odin’s family.
The community’s response highlights the importance of coming together to support those who are grieving.
In times of tragedy, it is important to remember that we are not alone.
The community’s response to Odin’s passing demonstrates the power of collective support.
Through social media and other means, we can come together to show our love and support for those who are grieving.
