Police are investigating after a man was wounded in a shooting in North Seattle early Wednesday morning.
At 12:17 a.m., a 911 caller reported a man had been shot in the 14100 block of Linden Avenue North. Police arrived and found a victim with a gunshot wound to his shoulder. Officers began first aid and then transferred care to Seattle Fire Department medics. Medics transported the 24-year-old man to Harborview Medical Center in stable condition.
The victim provided minimal information about the circumstances surrounding the shooting, and officers were unable to find a crime scene.
This remains an active and ongoing investigation.
