Billie Eilish has been urged by rapper Ye (previously known as Kanye West) to apologize to Travis Scott after she dissed him during one of her gigs at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena.
On February 5, Eilish took a break from her show to give a fan an inhaler. “I wait for the people to be okay before I continue,” she explained. Eilish was purportedly referencing to an incident at the Astroworld Festival in which fans perished.
Ye took to Instagram to ask the star to apologise for her remarks.
“Come on Billie we love you, please apologise to Trav and the families of the people who lost their lives.”

Ye said no one intended for the incident to happen. “Trav didn’t have any idea what was happening when he was on stage. He was very hurt by what happened. Yes, Trav will be with me at Coachella but now I need Billie to apologise before I perform,” West said.
The Astroworld Festival in Houston, Texas, in November 2021, resulted in the deaths of ten individuals.
During Scott’s performance, the crowd rushed toward the stage, pushing concertgoers over and crowding them together so tightly that they couldn’t breathe or move their arms.
On social media, disturbing footage from the festival, which was attended by 50,000 people, showed first responders administering CPR on a number of patients. The second day of Astroworld was canceled as a result of the tragedy.
