Malia was spotted at the French-inspired restaurant Zinqué, where she had lunch with a friend. The Harvard graduate’s flirty skirt with a thigh-high split elegantly swayed as she walked through the streets of Los Angeles, revealing her slim legs.

After spending about an hour and a half at the restaurant, Malia bid farewell to her friend, and they went their separate ways.
