Detectives need your help finding the suspect vehicle in a University District hit-and-run collision that left a pedestrian with serious injuries.
On Friday, February 18th at about 8:30 p.m., a driver travelling south on University Way Northeast struck a pedestrian in a crosswalk at Northeast 55th Street.
The driver continued southbound on University Way Northeast without stopping.
The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with several fractured bones.
Detectives with SPD’s Traffic Collision Investigation Squad have determined the suspect vehicle is a dark colored, 2004-2006 Scion XB. The vehicle likely has damage to the front bumper, grille, and hood.
