The camp of Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 election, has launched a scathing attack on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, referring to him as the “forger-in-chief.”

In a statement, Atiku’s Media Adviser, Paul Ibe, accused Tinubu of a long history of forgeries and lies that span over 50 years.

Allegations of Forgery: Atiku’s Team Accuses Bola Tinubu

Paul Ibe revealed that Tinubu has allegedly forged and lied about various aspects of his life, including his heritage, name, date of birth, education, certificates, and work experience.

This accusation comes as part of a wider publicized dispute between the political figures.

Atiku’s Spokesperson Exposes Bola Tinubu’s Alleged Forgeries

Ibe emphasized that the recent discovery of Tinubu’s records at the Chicago State University and court-ordered depositions in the United States only scratches the surface of the litany of forgeries and lies associated with Tinubu.

He argued that attempts to implicate Atiku Abubakar in Tinubu’s forgery allegations are a means to downplay the seriousness of the accusations against Tinubu.

Bola Tinubu’s Alleged Forgeries Unveiled

The statement provided detailed examples of Tinubu’s alleged forgeries, including falsified educational qualifications and claims of working experience with certain corporations.

It highlights instances where Tinubu’s claims are contradicted by the records of the institutions and companies involved.

Challenging Tinubu’s Comparison with Atiku Abubakar

Ibe concluded by asserting that all the names Atiku Abubakar bears are traceable to his family tree and that his life is an open book.

In contrast, Bola A. Tinubu is depicted as a name with no history or social acquaintance until the late 1970s, and he is advised to refrain from making further comparisons with Atiku.
