This week, Jeremy Clarkson and his team were all hands on deck, scrambling to get his Cotswolds pub ready to capitalize on the summer sunshine. Jeremy, along with his partner Lisa Hogan and the crew from Amazon’s *Clarkson’s Farm*, spent Wednesday getting The Windmill in top shape, complete with new furniture and a fresh coat of paint.

In his trademark faded jeans and oversized shirt, Clarkson was hard at work, overseeing the renovations as the cameras rolled. The pub, which he reportedly bought for £1 million near Burford, now boasts a large new decking area at the back.

Throughout the day, workers were busy finishing the decking and setting up the bar and interior.

Lisa Hogan was seen hauling wooden chairs, leather stools in green and purple, and low tables from trucks parked in the pub’s lot while the cameras captured it all.

The Windmill is set to be a significant part of Clarkson’s hit show, *Clarkson’s Farm*, which is currently filming its fourth season. Located just 12 miles from Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm and its famous farm shop, the pub has become a new focal point for the show.

The area was bustling with activity, as cameramen, producers, directors, boom operators, and even drone pilots filled the space from morning until late afternoon.

Friendly Faces and Pub Shenanigans

Lisa Hogan’s close friendship with Gerald Cooper, a popular star of the show, was evident when she warmly greeted him on set. Later in the day, Clarkson was seen animatedly discussing things with Gerald on the pub’s decking, with cameras capturing every moment.

In the late afternoon, Clarkson took a turn trying to lift a large metal storage container with a crane, a task that turned into quite the spectacle as he struggled with the machine for nearly two hours.

Challenges and Cool Down

The day’s heat took its toll on Lisa Hogan, who started off in stylish black shades and dungarees but ended the day wrapped in a wet tea towel to stay cool.

Clarkson’s purchase of the pub back in June has allowed him to realize his dream of selling his own beer and farm produce there. The pub wasn’t even on the market when Jackie Walker, who had owned it since 1983, was approached by Clarkson.

She was surprised by the quick deal, which happened right after a brief meeting.

Unexpected Offers and Future Plans

Jackie Walker described the experience, saying, “A film crew had come into the pub, and the next thing I knew, someone with Clarkson knocked on the door and asked if I was interested in selling.”

She met Clarkson at his home in Chadlington, where he offered her more than she expected for the pub, which she accepted immediately. Despite not planning to sell, Jackie admitted she was unhappy with how the pub was being run and felt it was time for a change.

A Missing Face

While the pub was buzzing with activity, Clarkson’s right-hand man and *Diddly Squat Farm* manager Kaleb Cooper was notably absent.

Kaleb, who recently had a mysterious hospital visit, shared on social media that he’s now focusing on a new health kick, including cutting out sugar. Season four of *Clarkson’s Farm* is set to premiere next summer, and fans are eagerly awaiting more updates.
