The incident occurred in Tredegar, where a 17-year-old boy and a 48-year-old woman were struck by a motorbike.

Both victims are currently receiving medical treatment for their injuries.

The crash occurred at approximately 3.45pm on Thursday, prompting the prompt response of police and a Welsh Ambulance Service crew.

A spokesperson for Gwent Police has urged witnesses to come forward, stating, “We’re asking for anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or any motorists with dashcam footage, that were using the road between Tredegar and Abertysswg, between 3pm and 4pm to contact us.”
