Tobi Bakre Wins Best Actor at AMAA Awards
Nollywood actor and former BBNaija star, Tobi Bakre, has won the Best Actor in a Leading Role award at the 2023 African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA).
The awards ceremony, which was hosted by Nancy Isime, Rahama Sadau, and Richard Ato Turkson, took place at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Ikeja, Lagos on Sunday.
Bakre won the award for his role in the Nigerian film “Brotherhood”. He beat out a number of other talented actors for the award, including Blossom Chukwujekwu, Chidi Mokeme, and Richard Mofe Damijo.
